From the start, J&M Pool Company exceeded all of our expectations. Their workmanship is very high quality, but what stood out most is their professionalism and the peace of mind we received every step of the way! Our first contact was with our salesperson, Craig. He was no pressure and answered every one of our questions. He made suggestions and asked us multiple questions making us feel very comfortable with such a big undertaking that a pool build is. After that initial phase, we met at the office for a design meeting. The pool designer, Casey, did an amazing job adding changes we needed. She even tweaked different options so that we could see what each detail would look like. Cole, our project manager, was phenomenal with his communication on what would be taking place each day and was always available when we had any questions. From start to finish, there were zero hiccups and I believe that is unheard of for a pool build. We’ve heard nightmares about other pool builders, but we could rest easy knowing how well J&M runs their business. From design through completion of our new concrete pool, we can not say enough positive compliments to support the professionalism of J & M Pools. Patrick assisted us during the task of design development and helped us with some very quality selections. Attention to detail was second to none. Project management was handled by Joey and communications were always timely and accurate. Joey went out of his way to keep us apprised of progress even during our holiday in the middle of the build. Also I would be very remiss in saying that their focus on addressing the hiccups was more than impressive. With any project of this size, you are going to have a few.
