Maintenance is the best! We submitted a request after having issues with our water temp in the shower. Within 24 hours, Justin came out, fixed the issue in less than ten minutes, and was extremely kind and helpful. Always a 5 star experience with maintenance here!

This was one of my favorite places I’ve ever lived! Very beautiful, well kept community. The team is amazing! I love that they host several events every month. Work orders are responded to very swiftly, and the office team always shows that they care any time you reach out or come by the office. Highly recommend Nexus for your next home!
